AirTalent is recruiting a CSA Construction Manager for a leading construction client delivering a fast-track 15MW data center project in West France (approx. 2h45 from Paris).
The Role
Reporting to the Project Director, you will take full ownership of the CSA package (concrete, beams, pillars, facades), managing site execution end to end. This is a single-package role with no multi-trade coordination required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all CSA works including concrete, beams, pillars and facades
- Manage subcontractors and day-to-day site execution
- Ensure compliance with design, quality and safety standards
- Monitor progress and deliver regular reporting
- Manage documentation and handover readiness
Requirements
- Strong CSA construction background
- Proven experience managing subcontractors
- Solid knowledge of construction standards and site execution
- French language proficiency required
