AirTalent is recruiting a Mechanical Lead for a leading construction client delivering a fast-track 15MW data center project in West France (approx. 2h45 from Paris).
The Role
Working within the senior project structure, you will lead all mechanical installations on site, managing subcontractors and daily execution through to commissioning and handover.
Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical installations including HVAC, piping and systems
- Manage subcontractors and daily site execution
- Track progress and ensure quality compliance
- Coordinate with other disciplines where required
- Support commissioning and handover
Requirements
- Strong mechanical systems knowledge
- Experience on large-scale construction projects
- Proven site execution and coordination experience
- French language proficiency required
